What is MCP?
The Model Context Protocol (MCP) is an open standard created by Anthropic that lets AI assistants like Claude connect directly to external tools and data sources. Instead of copy-pasting information between apps, Claude can read from and write to your tools in real time.
Each MCP server acts as a bridge between Claude and a specific service. When you connect a server, Claude gains access to that service's tools — it can search your CRM, read meeting transcripts, send messages, create tasks, and more, all within the conversation.
Every server uses OAuth 2.1 with PKCE for authentication. Your credentials are stored securely per-user, and each person authorizes independently with their own account.

How to Connect
Claude Connecting tools inside Claude
All connectors have already been created and are ready for you to activate. You do not need to enter any URLs or configure anything manually.
- Open Claude at claude.ai
- Click the Customize button (bottom-left of the sidebar)
- Click Connectors
- Find the connector you want in the list — look for the ones with the Mimeeq logo and the matching service name (e.g. "Mimeeq Zoom", "Mimeeq Pipedrive")
- Click to connect, then follow the authorization flow — sign in with your own account for that service
Access restricted — Only @mimeeq.com and @mimeeq.eu email addresses can authorize. Each person uses their own credentials for the upstream service.
External Connecting tools inside other apps (e.g. Missive)
Some tools can also be connected inside other apps. For example, you can connect Zoom or Fathom from within Missive so those integrations work natively inside your inbox.
- Open the app you want to connect from (e.g. Missive)
- Go to the app's integrations or connections settings
- Find the service you want to connect (e.g. Zoom, Fathom)
- Select OAuth from the authentication drop-down
- Follow the authorization flow to sign in with your account
Note — These external connections are separate from the Claude connectors above. Connecting Zoom in Claude does not connect it in Missive, and vice versa.
